Knife Description:

The Wusthof Classic, 18 cm Filleting Knife, Model 4550/18cm is a versatile knife with a long, slim, flexible blade with straight cutting edge. Perfect for filleting meat and fish cleanly and an excellent lightweight slicer for tender foods such as fruits and vegetables.

The new Wusthof PEtec edge is fully forged and stays sharp up to 30 percent longer than other knives, and its blade is just right size to pour through immense chopping, slicing and dicing tasks with ease.

Every Wusthof Classic knife is forged from one piece of specially tempered high carbon steel to ensure outstanding strength, balance and heft. The Classic black handles are made of synthetic material triple riveted to the full tang for a seamless and hygienic fit.

Not only comfortable to hold and well balanced, but the skillfully honed by hand, the blades are incredibly sharp and are easily resharpened. Each knife is carefully weighted to ensure perfect balance in the hand.
