The Wüsthof Classic Paring Knife, 10 cm is the most versatile of all parers: for mincing shallots, onions and herbs as well as cleaning and cutting vegetables -- all easily accomplished with the comfortable grip and razor-sharp hardened stainless steel edge. This is a paring knife to own for a lifetime!
 
The new Wusthof PEtec edge is fully forged and stays sharp up to 30 percent longer than other knives, and its blade is just right size to pour through immense chopping, slicing and dicing tasks with ease.
 
Every Wusthof Classic knife is forged from one piece of specially tempered high carbon steel to ensure outstanding strength, balance and heft. The Classic black handles are made of synthetic material triple riveted to the full tang for a seamless and hygienic fit.
 
Not only comfortable to hold and well balanced, but the skillfully honed by hand, the blades are incredibly sharp and are easily resharpened. Each knife is carefully weighted to ensure perfect balance in the hand.
