About Victory Knives:

E. Goddard Limited has a proud heritage stretching from 1927 until today. Edward Goddard, a master cutler from Sheffield, England, emigrated to New Zealand and began manufacturing knives in 1927. The company has grown steadily during its history.

All major meat and fish processing companies in New Zealand and Australia currently use Victory Knives.

Knife Description:

A premium quality knife for the fishing industry as well as for the recreational fisherman. Victory fish knives are renowned for their performance, durability and corrosion resistance.

All Victory knives are manufactured in Auckland, New Zealand out of imported German German X46Cr13 no-stain High Carbon Stainless Steel.

The 20 cm Stainless Steel Blade is flat ground and has a Rockwell Hardness of 54-56 HRC. It has a -78 C Quench after hardening. Its benefit is a strong, hard and wear resistant blade with an improved edge retention.

The Fish Fillet knife comes with a Victory Knives ProGrip Handle Pattern and Finger Guard made out of Thermo Plastic Elastomer for added Safety which has proven robust and practical.

All Handle and Blade Materials are MAF and FDA approved.

Each knife is engraved with a unique Serial Number.
