The flexible shape allows movement when cutting to following the shape of the fish or meat to achieve perfect portions. The long thin blade makes it suitable for cutting legs of ham, roasts and for filleting meats or fish.

The semi-flexible High-Carbon Stainless Steel Blade provides maximum Sharpness and Edge Retention.
