Designed to perform up to the standards of Professional Butchers and Chefs, Swibo blades are made from a Victorinox custom blended high-grade Stainless Steel that features an optimal combination of strength and flexibility, wear/corrosion resistance. The polished blade is sharpened to a precise, long-lasting edge for accurate cuts.
Victorinox Swibo Blades are made with a non-porous Swiss Polyamide, injection molded onto the Handle and hermetically sealed around the Blade for a secure hold and balance in addition to an easily sanitizable Tool with no cracks or holes.
The non-porous Blade and non-slip grip Handle join to make this an excellent knife for professional or home use. Recognizable from a mile away, the Swibo Signature Handles are yellow in color with an ergonomic in shape.
