The polished Blade is sharpened to a precise, long-lasting edge for accurate cuts.
Victorinox Swibo Knives are made with a non-porous Swiss Polyamide, injection molded onto the Handle and hermetically sealed around the blade for a secure hold and balance in addition to an easily sanitizable tool with no cracks or holes.
