Knife Description:
 
Designed to perform up to the standards of professional butchers, Swibo blades are made from a Victoprinox custom blended High-Grade Stainless Steel that features an optimal combination of strength and flexibility, wear/corrosion resistance. The polished Blade is sharpened to a precise, long-lasting edge for accurate cuts.
 
The Swibo Knives are made with a non-porous Swiss Polyamide, injection molded onto the Handle and hermetically sealed around the blade for a secure hold and balance in addition to an easily sanitizable tool with no cracks or holes.
 
The non-porous blade and non-slip grip handle join to make this an excellent knife for professional use. Recognizable from a mile away, the Swibo Signature Handles are yellow/orange in color with an ergonomic in shape.
 
With Swibo, Victorinox perfected the functional, durable, food-safe blade for all meat fabrication including deboning, skinning, filleting, and slicing, and other cutting tasks. Swibo Knives by Victorinox are dishwasher safe.
 
The Victorinox Swibo Butchers’ Knife comes with a 25 cm rigid High-Carbon Stainless Steel Blade manufactured from proprietary Victorinox Stainless Steel which provides maximum Sharpness and Edge Retention.
 
All Swibo® knives are manufactured in Switzerland by Victorinox and come with a Lifetime Warranty.
