Butcher Set Description:
The EKA Butcher Set - A Professional Set of knives including the EKA Gut Opener, a 13 cm Boning Knife, a 15 cm Skinning Knife and a 17.5 cm Sharpening Steel.
The soft grip Santoprene Handles give a good grip even during the messy work.
The steel is high quality Swedis Sandvik 12C27 Stainless Steel with a Hardness of 57 - 59 HrC for ultimate strength and excellent sharpness.
The set is delivered with two double polyethylene sheaths that can be strapped around the waist for easy access and safe storage of the knives during work. The sheaths are stored in a handy nylon storage cover.
The orange Soft Grip Handles are made of Santoprene, hygienically approved, with an attractive ergonomic design. The handles give a good grip even during the messy work.
Highly recommended set for indoor and outdoor Butchering.
Note: 16 cm straight Boning Knife shown in picture has been replaced by a 13 cm curved Boning Knife!!
