Sharpening Steel Description:

A Professional Sharpening Steel with a round section Blade in High Carbon Chrome Vanadium Steel, hardened to 64° Rockwell C and Hard Chrome plated.
 
The surface of this Sharpening Rod feature our Superfine Smooth Cut (H5). Meets the specific requirements of different food processing professionals and hospitality.  
 
This Steel is fitted with a sterilize, non-absorbent Polypropylene Handle with a 4.5 cm Guard and Stainless Steel Hanging Ring.
