Knife Description:

The 20 cm Gourmet Carving Knife, Model 4502/20 is a versatile knife which has the perfect size for medium sized meats, turkey/chicken breast for trimming/carving meats of all kind and cutting fruits and vegetables.

The Gourmet Kitchen Fork, Model 4400/16 can be used as a carving or serving fork and you´ll have a good hold on most anything as you thus can easily hold the roast whilst cutting it.

Every Wusthof knife is forged from one piece of specially tempered High Carbon Steel to ensure outstanding strength, balance and heft.

The black handles are made of synthetic material triple riveted to the full tang for a seamless and hygienic fit.

Comfortable to hold and well balanced, the blade is incredibly sharp and is easily re-sharpened.

Each Wusthof knife is carefully weighted to ensure perfect balance in the hand. The knives are dishwasher safe.
