Knife Description:

Victorinox’s Black Fibrox® Churrasco Slicer features a laser tested edge with world renowned sharpness to ensure that even the toughest de-boning jobs will be handled easily.

The Victorinox Fibrox Churrasco Slicing Knife comes with a 19.5 cm High-Carbon Stainless Steel Blade provides maximum Sharpness and Edge Retention. The Blade is conical ground lengthwise and crosswise for minimal Resistance while Cutting and Laser Tested to ensure optimum Cutting Power.

The Churrasco Slicer has a thick Blade Design. This new model of Victorinox slicing knife, designed for slicing larger portions of meat like in a Brazilian Style Churrasco Grill where meat is grilled over an Open Fire.

The patented black Fibrox® handle is textured and slip-resistant when wet. The edge is conically ground length and crosswise to create a wider break point, which reduces the risk of blade fracturing and decreases resistance when cutting and boning.

All black Fibrox® knives are manufactured in Switzerland by Victorinox, the makers of the original Swiss Army Knife, and come with a Lifetime Warranty.
