Victorinox’s Black Fibrox® Kitchen Cleaver features a laser tested edge with world renowned sharpness designed to come down swiftly onto meat and bone, chopping without splintering or fracturing the blade. Cleavers are heavy no-nonsense knives that serve this very specific purpose.
 
The Black Fibrox® 19 cm Cleaver from Victorinox is an excellent choice for restaurants or homes that butcher their own meat.
 
The Victorinox Fibrox Cleaver comes with a 19 cm High-Carbon Stainless Steel Blade provides maximum Sharpness and Edge Retention. The Blade is conical ground lengthwise and crosswise for minimal Resistance while Cutting and Laser Tested to ensure optimum Cutting Power
 
The patented black Fibrox® Handle is textured and slip-resistant when wet. The edge is conically ground length and crosswise to create a wider break point, which reduces the risk of blade fracturing and decreases resistance when cutting.
 
All black Fibrox® knives and cleavers are manufactured in Switzerland by Victorinox, the makers of the original Swiss Army Knife, and come with a Lifetime Warranty.
