The Wusthof Classic Ikon 23 cm Bread Knife and its ultra-sharp serrations make easy work of all types of bread without squeezing it. This knife also works wonderfully for taking the rind off of watermelon or peeling pineapple.
The skillfully honed by hand blades are incredibly sharp and are easily resharpened.
and stays sharp up to 30 percent longer than other knives.
The Classic Ikon Range was designed to marry style and functionality from Handle to Tip. The 2/3rd bolster allows you to sharpen the whole length of the blade.
The ultra-smooth Polypropylene Handle offers durability, resisting cracking and warping, while curving gently to nestle snugly in the user’s hand. To promote greater control, the balanced bolster contributes to safety and strength.
The handle is finished off with a traditional triple rivet and exposed full tang. Each knife is carefully weighted to ensure perfect balance in the hand.
