When Peugeot originally designed their grinding mechanism back in 1842, they designed it perfectly; it has essentially remained the same over the past 150 years.
 
Today's Peugeot Salt and Pepper Mills feature grinding heads made from exceptionally durable tempered Steel.
 
Bali impresses with the unique feel of its cast-iron design, which was traditionally used in China.
 
The Bali Spice Palace mill is designed from cast iron, a material with a distinctive touch and feel that is traditionally used to make Asian teapots.

The bamboo storage base with its warm finish provides a unique showcase for these two magnificent cast-iron pieces: an 8 cm - 3 1/4 in pepper mill and a salt cellar with lid and a delicate bamboo spoon deliver the perfect dose of salt.
 
Traditional manufacturing methods ensure that each piece is truly unique - Perfect set for use on the table - 8 cm pepper mill, 7 cm salt cellar - Heavy cast-iron design: approx. 535 g for the pepper mill and approx. 475 g for the salt cellar; total weight approx. 1.125 kg.
 
For grinding black, white, green and red pepper, pink peppercorns (no more than 15% in a pepper blend) and Sichuan pepper. Note: Use with dry, whole pepper for Pepper Grinders.
 
Grind adjustment button: the more the button is screwed, the finer the grind, and vice versa. Pepper mill and salt cellar supplied empty.
