The Zena Star Julienne Peeler is a very practical helper in the kitchen.
The STAR has almost the same design as the original REX but is somewhat heavier. The difference lies in the STAR's handle which is made completely of Stainless Steel.
The double edged blades and ergonomics are identical to the classic REX. Its slightly higher weight is appreciated by many kitchen virtuosi and professionals.
Creating restaurant-style presentations just got easier. With the laser-welded, super-sharp precision knife of the STAR Julienne Peeler, you can quickly cut perfect, uniformly fine Julienne strips to give your dishes that special note.
