The Victorinox Classic Folding Paring Knife comes with an 11 cm ultra-sharp wavy edge manufactured from no-stain Stainless Steel. Stand up to tomato skin, show that melon who's boss and cut effortlessly through that sausage. Neither fruits nor vegetables can withstand the sharp wavy edge of our Classic Paring Knife. And with its ergonomic folding Handle and perfect size, you might even use it to cut everything else in the kitchen as well; including even the toughest steak.

Each Victorinox Knife is world renowned for its sharpness and is manufactured in Switzerland by skilled Caftsmen. The Victorinox special Tempering Process used will enable to resharpen the knife over and over again.

Each Victorinox Knife is stamped from a single sheet of metal. The blade is then hardened, tempered, ground, polished, etched and finished.

The colourful Victorinox Polypropylene (PP) Nylon Handles are hygienic, dishwasher safe and slip-resistant.
