The Wüsthof Silverpoint Asparagus Peeler was designed for the rapid and effective peeling of asparagus. This WÜSTHOF Asparagus Peeler can also be used on any fruit or vegetable to shave off the outer layer. It features an adjustable blade so that the peeling depth can be changed, to accommodate the thickness of the asparagus skin for precise removal.
 
The ergonomic Handle is made of high-quality Synthetic material and its anti-slip surface provides a firm hold.
