This Svord 8” Kiwi Cook’s Knife features a 20 cm full-tang Blade manufactured from Swedish 12C27M Carbon Steel. The knife is hand ground on a water-cooled stone and has a Rockwell Hardness is 57-58 HRC.
The Svord Chef's knife is a well-balanced, comfortable and efficient tool ideal for slicing, dicing, mincing, chopping and cutting thick vegetables and meat.
The knife comes with a black Polypropylene (PP) Handle with red Trim.
Ships with a Blade Guard made from transparent Polyethylene.
