Our Epicurean dishwasher-safe boards are made in the USA of Richlite, a lightweight wood-fiber composite prized in commercial kitchens for its strength and bacteria-fighting properties. Each versatile board has a flat side for chopping and a perimeter well on the reverse to catch juices or crumbs.
Dishwasher safe; NSF approved
All Epicurean cutting boards feature non-porous surfaces made of recycled high-density Wood Fibre Polyethylene that will not harbour bacteria and can be sanitised in the dishwasher. The surface is heat-resistant up to 175°C, so your chopping board can be transformed into a trivet!!!
Cutting on Epicurean boards will not dull your knife, so you will sharpen less.
