To achieve the perfect blade using the Ceramic Sharpener is very quick and simple. Victorinox recommends sharpening the blade at a 15-20 degree Sharpening Angle.

The Oxio Ceramic Sharpener is safe for use in a dishwasher.
 
Tip: A Sharpening Rod's Length must be at least as long as the knife's blade to function correctly. So if you have several knives, make sure that you choose a Steel that is at least a long as your largest knife blade.
