Knife Description:
This RAT Model II has been upgraded with a D2 Tool Steel Blade in a Satin Finish and a Carbon Fibre/G-10 Handle.
If you like the Ontario RAT Model 1, but want something a little less bulky, then you'll love the Model 2. The RAT Model 2 is based on the popular Model I. It's smaller, but retains the same great shape and performance of the original. This knife is designed for comfort and performance, with an index finger groove on the handle and jimping on the spine of the blade for controlled cutting.
The Ontario RAT™ Model 2 Folding Knife comes with a 7.6 cm black powder coated Drop-Point Blade manufactured from D2 Tool Steel. The One-Handed Opening Knife has a full flat grind and a two Thumb Studs.
It features an ergonomic Handle manufactured from ergonomic Carbon Fiber/G10 Laminate on Stainless Steel Liners and Spacers with smooth action and rock-solid lockup.
The four-position Pocket Clip allows the user to customize their carry method to their liking. We absolutely love the off-set Blade from the Handle, which creates a unique look we rarely see in a knife and distinguishes it from all the rest.
