The Ontario / RAT Knife Line bridges the gap between economy, toughness, and real-world features.
The Ontario RAT-5 Knife that features a 13.5 cm Drop-Point blade made of 1095 High Carbon Steel. The Blade is 4.9 mm thick, with a Rockwell Hardness of 55-57.
The Blade has a non-reflective black Phosphate coat, a texture notched thumb rest for secure grip and full tang construction, with grey canvas Micarta scales. The Handles feature tan Micarta ergonomic Handle Slabs for increased Grip when wet and a Skull Crusher Pommel with Lanyard Hole. The Handle Slabs are attached to a full tang and secured with stainless steel screws.
A RAT R stores in a mole-compatible Cordura Nylon Sheath with Kydex Liner.
