Knife Description:
 
Victorinox’s ® Vent Poultry / Boning Knife features a laser tested Edge with Victroinox’s world renowned sharpness to ensure that even the toughest de-boning jobs will be handled easily.
 
The Victorinox Fibrox Poultry Knife / Boner comes with a 8 cm straight High-Carbon Stainless Steel Blade which provides maximum Sharpness and Edge Retention. The Blade is conical ground lengthwise and crosswise for minimal Resistance while Cutting and Laser Tested to ensure optimum cutting power and decreased resistance when cutting and boning.
 
In addition to handling Poultry, this small Boning Knife is also used to remove bones from cuts of meat such as for beef, pork and other thick meats. Its fine point provides great penetration and a very precise cut. 
 
The patented orange, small-sized Fibrox® Handle is made from a textured Polyamide which is slip-resistant when wet.
 
Knife can be sterilized up to 150° Celsius.
 
All Fibrox® knives are manufactured in Switzerland by Victorinox, the makers of the original Swiss Army Knife and come with a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects..
