Svord Knives are manufactured entirely by hand in New Zealand out of Swedish Carbon or Stainless Steel.

All Knives are individually hardened and tempered using a unique and time honoured secret heat treatment process

This Svord Designer Wing Set features a 20 cm French Cooks Knife and a 10 cm Paring Knife. Both Knives are manufactured out of Swedish 12C27 High Carbon Stainless Steel. Each of these superb Designer Knives manufactured entirely by hand and is hand ground on a water cooled stone.

This French Cook’s Knife is the Workhorse in the Kitchen and is the perfect for Blade for efficient cutting, cubing and dicing in the kitchen; no matter if vegetables, meat or fish.

Each knife comes with a luxurious black Acrylic Handle with red Trim, Brass Finger Guard and Brass Rivets.

Ships in a nice wooden Presentation Gift Box.
