Knife Description:

Svord knives are manufactured in New Zealand out of Swedish 15N20 High Carbon Tool Steel. Each Knife individually hardened and tempered using a unique and time honoured secret heat treatment process.

The Svord Puukko Knife is based on the Finnish Puuko which is the traditional All-purpose Utility Knife of the Sami people who live in the North of Finland above the Arctic Circle.

The Svord Puukko comes with a 100 mm upswept Blade and a double riveted black Polypropylene Handle. The razor-sharp Factory Edge delivers a superb “out-of-box” performance.

Each Knife is hand ground on a water cooled stone and has a Hardness is 57-58 RcH on the Rockwell Scale.

The knife carries in a black Synthetic Polyurethane (PU) Belt Sheath with Sharpening Steel Holder.
