Knife Description:

Svord Knives are manufactured in New Zealand out of Swedish High Carbon  or Stainless Steel.

All Knives are individually hardened and tempered using a unique and time honoured secret heat treatment process.

This Svord Kiwi Fish Filleting Knife has a 23.5 cm Blade manufactured from Sandvik 12C27 Stainless Steel with a Baker Convex Edge which is a razor-sharp factory edge which provides a superb “Out-of-Box” performance.

Each knife is hand ground on a water cooled stone and has a Rockwell Hardness of 57-58 HRC.

The knife comes with a black Polypropylene (PP) Handle with Lanyard Hole.

The knife carries in yellow Vinyl Protective Sheath with 1.5” Belt Loop and Holder for a Shepherds Sharpening Steel (not included).
