The Wüsthof Classic 7 cm Fluting Knife is a smaller Paring Knife which is perfect for decorating, mincing herbs or hulling strawberries and vegetables -- all easily accomplished with its comfortable Grip and razor-sharp Edge.
 
Every Wusthof Classic Knife is forged from one piece of specially tempered High Carbon X50 Cr Mo 15 Stainless Steel to ensure outstanding strength, balance and heft. Wusthof’s Precision Edge Technology (PEtec) yields a blade that is 20% sharper with twice the Edge Retention of similar knives.
 
The Classic’s black Handles are made of synthetic Polyoxymethylene (POM) Material, triple-riveted to the full Tang for a seamless and hygienic Fit.
 
Not only comfortable to hold and well balanced, but the skilfully honed by hand, the Edge is incredibly sharp and are easily re-sharpened. Each knife is carefully weighted to ensure perfect balance in the hand.
