The Mora Paring Knife is a very versatile kitchen helper for mincing shallots, onions and herbs as well as cleaning and cutting vegetables.

The Mora Paring Knife comes with a 8.5 cm Blade is made of Swedish cold-rolled 12C27M Stainless Steel and is hardened by means of deep refrigeration at -80 degrees for a maximum Hardness of 57-58 on the Rockwell Scale which gives the knife extreme strength, long life and high resistance to moisture.

The Parer comes with a black Polypropylene (PP) Handle with Fingerguard and comes absolutely razor sharp and ready for use.
