The Victorinox 8” Breaking Knife features a 20 cm narrow, curved Stainless Steel Blade with world renowned sharpness which provides maximum Sharpness and Edge Retention. The Blade is conical ground lengthwise and crosswise for minimal Resistance while Cutting and Laser Tested to ensure optimum Cutting Power is perfect for breaking down large quarters into smaller roasts and pieces! An excellent choice for most butchering work.

The edge is conically ground length and crosswise to give it a wider break point. This helps the blade resist fracturing and creates less friction when slicing, making the knife easy to wield.
