Svord knives are manufactured in New Zealand and are individually hardened and tempered using a unique and time honoured secret heat treatment process.

This Svord Japanese Santoku Knife features a 18.5 cm full-tang Blade manufactured from Swedish 12C27 Stainless Steel. The knife is hand ground on a water cooled stone and has a hardness is 57-58 HRC.

This Santoku is perfect for blade for efficient cutting in the kitchen; no matter if you are mincing, slicing or dicing vegetables, meat or fish.

The knife comes with a black Polypropylene (PP) Handle with red Trim.

Ships with a Blade Guard Made from Polypropylene.
