The Old Hickory 416 cm Fish Fillet Knife is made from US Made Stainless Steel, fully heat treated, tempered and hand ground to provide a razor sharp cutting edge.
 
The knives are fitted with an attractive, genuine Hickory Hardwood Handle which is flame burnt and buffed for a unique antiqued finish and secured with Brass Compression Rivets.
 
Over 20 Hand Operations are performed to produce an OLD HICKORY KNIFE, the fastest selling line of High Carbon Steel Knives in the US market.
