The Klarus RS16 is an excellent, powerful and rechargeable Every Day Carry (EDC) Torch and General Outdoor LED light, which can be charged via any USB port or 12v car socket with a car adapter (not included) and the unique self-locating Magnetic Charging Cable.

The RS16 uses a single 16340 rechargeable battery to output 380 ANSI Lumens with its latest CREE XP-L LED - a lot of light for a rechargeable torch of this size. This is made more impressive by the deep reflector that throws a smooth beam of light over a range of up to 150 m.

The charging point at the side of the light is fully sealed, so no need for a rubber cover to protect it. The USB charging cable (supplied) is magnetic so it self-locates when it is within 1cm from the charging point – making it very easy to use. An indicator light around the charging point illuminates either red (charging) or green (fully charged).

The USB charging cable can be plugged into a computer, a vehicle (with either USB or with additional 12v Adapter), or via a mains socket (using a USB-to-mains adapter).

Its Super Gecko Magnetic Side Interface allows you to position the torch on any metal surface for hand-free Light.
The unique feature is the side switch and the way it works. The RS16 has a memory function, so it will remember the last light level used.
