The Victorinox serrated Steak Knife is manufactured in Switzerland by skilled Caftsmen.

Victorinox's 5" Steak Knife (40505) has a black textured Polypropylene Handle that is hygienic, durable dishwasher safe and ergonomically designed to reduce wrist tension.

The high-carbon stainless-steel blade is conically ground length and crosswise to yield a wider break point that produces less friction when cutting and is more resistant to fracturing. Each Victorinox knife is stamped from a single sheet of metal. The blade is then hardened, tempered, ground, polished, etched and finished.

Each serrated knife is world renowned for its sharpness and easily slices steak, tuna, or pork into bite-sized morsels.

Made in Switzerland, by the manufacturers of the original Swiss Army Knife, these steak knives come with a Lifetime Warranty.
