When Buck Knives introduced the Approach, it was an instant success. This knife was designed in collaboration with climber Peter Whittaker, ensuring it passes the most severe tests for function and dependability. Along with that positive reaction came requests for a compact version of the Whittaker Series, and now it's here: the Short Approach (Model 752).

The Buck Short Approach is a compact folding knife with One-hand opening and closing and a partially serrated blade manufactured out of 420 High Carbon Stainless Steel.

A large Lanyard Loop was designed specifically for quick, easy attachment to a full-size Carabiner. The anodized Aluminium Handle is Lime Green.
