The thing that really impressed everybody the most is the hefty feeling of these shears in your hand. They are solid and clearly can see that it is a product with an exceptional quality. Wüsthof poultry shears are ambidextrous with Stainless Steel handle. They come with a stainless steel spring and the blades lock for safety.
 
The 5505 Wüsthof poultry shears feature curved serrated blade designed to cut easily through meat and bones.

The shears come with a notched blade for cracking the most difficult bones. A spring bolt hinge helps you while cutting but the blades lock for safety when you are not using them.
 
The Textured Stainless-Steel handle provides a good grip for both right and left handed people.
