The Eka Butcher Pro Series Knives Series for indoor and outdoor use come with a two-tone Soft Grip Handle ergonomically shaped for a perfect grip made of Santoprene; a hygienically approved material worldwide, for its sure-grip properties under stressed conditions.

The Gut Opener is made from Sandvik 12C27 Stainless Steel which provides excellent stain resistance and prolonged edge retention. The Blade have a Hardness of 58.

Here's a precision-engineered Gutting blade which is as easy to use as pulling a zipper, virtually eliminating snagging and meat-souring "accidents." A must-have tool!

The Gutting Blade has a stub nose which cuts beneath the skin to open game like a zipper and eliminates the chance of cutting hair or internal organs. Cutting from the inside also means that the edge will stay sharper longer and you won't get hair on the meat.

The Soft Grip Handles of the Butcher’s Pro Series are made of Santoprene, hygienically approved, with an attractive ergonomic design. The handles give a good grip even during the messy work.
