Top quality Eka Butcher Pro Series Knives Series for indoor and outdoor use come with a two-tone Soft Grip Handle ergonomically shaped for a perfect grip made of Santoprene; a hygienically approved material worldwide, for its sure-grip properties under stressed conditions.

The 13 cm Curved Boning Blade is made from Sandvik 12C27 Stainless Steel which provides excellent Stain Resistance and prolonged Edge Retention. The Blade has a Hardness of 58 on the Rockwell Scale.

The Soft Grip Handle is made of Santoprene which is hygienically approved and give a good grip even during the messy work.

Highly recommended set for indoor and outdoor butchering.
