Product Description:

Top quality Eka Butcher Pro Series knives series for indoor and outdoor use come with a two-tone Soft Grip Handle ergonomically shaped for a perfect grip made of Santoprene; a hygienically approved material worldwide, for its sure-grip properties under stressed conditions.

The flexible Blade is made from Sandvik 12C27 Stainless Steel which provides excellent stain resistance and prolonged edge retention. The Blades have a Hardness of 58 on the Rockwell Scale.

The Soft Grip Handle is made of Santoprene, hygienically approved, with an attractive ergonomic Design. The handles give a good grip even during the messy work.

Highly recommended set for indoor and outdoor butchering.
