Svord knives are manufactured in New Zealand out of Swedish High Carbon Tool Steel. The Svord Von Tempsky Bowie is handmade by experienced Svord Craftsmen in Waiuku, Auckland.

This replica Forest Ranger Bowie Knife is based on the knife design than von Tempsky issued to his company of Forest Rangers in 1863.

These were issued to the men of No. 2 Company, New Zealand Forest Rangers, under Major von Tempsky's command.

All Knives are individually hardened and tempered using a unique and time honoured secret heat treatment process.

The Svord von Tempsky Clip-Point Knife manufactured out of Swedish High-Carbon Steel comes with a Baker Convex Edge which is a razor sharp factory edge which provides a superb “out-of-box” performance.

The Blade measures 16.5 cm and measures an incredible 5.4 mm
Each knife is hand ground on a water cooled stone and has a hardness is 57-58 HRC.

This exclusive hand-crafted knife comes with a genuine Hardwood Handle with Stainess Steel Finger Guard and Lanyard Hole.

The knife carries in a top quality, fully-enclosed, black Leather Belt Sheath.
