The Wüsthof Oyster Opener, Model 4282, is the perfect Utensil for opening and taking out Oysters.

This handy Wusthof Oyster knife comes with a solid pointed Blade with a sharp edge and a well-shaped, double riveted Polypropylene Handle. With the solid construction of a Wusthof Oyster knife the blades will never loosen make the the knife unsafe for use. The oyster knives use the same steel that is used in our other more expensive knives.
 
This blade can also be used as a Mussel Knife for cleaning mussels.
