The Victorinox Steak Knife comes with a 31 cm High-Carbon Stainless Steel Blade provides maximum Sharpness and Edge Retention. The Blade is conical ground lengthwise and crosswise for minimal Resistance while Cutting and Laser Tested to ensure optimum Cutting Power

An excellent alternative to the Butcher knife, Victorinox’s 121/4” Black Fibrox® Cimeter Knife is perfect for cutting and trimming steaks and other large pieces of meat.

The edge is conically ground length and crosswise to give it a wider break point. This helps the blade resist fracturing and creates less friction when slicing, making the large knife easy to wield.

The patented black Fibrox® handle is textured Polyamide and slip-resistant when wet. The edge is conically ground length and crosswise to create a wider break point, which reduces the risk of blade fracturing and decreases resistance when cutting and boning.
