The Opinel Farmer’s Knife, crafted high in the French Alps, famous and virtually unchanged since 1890.

With a classic and unique design, these French country knives all have a natural wood handle,The Opinel knife - traditional, convenient and multi-purpose.

The Opinel No. 8 Pocket Knife comes with a Beechwood Handle and an 8.5 cm Stainless Steel Blade with Opinel’s crowned hand hallmark Etching. It measures 10.9 cm closed.

The knife features a Safety Ring for locking the Blade. The double Virobloc Safety Ring was created by Marcel Opinel in 1955 and locks the Blade either in open or closed Position.

This model of the Opinel #8 knife comes with a brown Synthetic Leather Sheath with 55 mm Belt Loop.
