The Opinel No. 10 Eff Slimline Fish Fillet Knife with its 10 cm Stainless Steel Blade is an ideal knife, for filleting small and medium sized fish!

The blade locks using the Virobloc Safety Ring which was developed by Opinel which in addition to locking the blade in the open position for safety of use, now enables locking of the blade in the closed position for safety during carrying.

The No.15 Stainless Steel Fillet Knife uses Sandvik 12C27 Stainless Steel which is renowed for its incomparable cutting qualities; it requires no special cleaning to maintain or clean it.

Sandvik Stainless Steel is capable of undergoing the heat treatment that gives it its good hardness is called martensitic. It has a carbon content of at least 0.40%, giving it a good cutting edge and an excellent resistance to corrosion.

The handle is made from durable French natural walnut and the 15 cm Opinel curved blade is effective, precise, elegant.

The Opinel Filleting Folder measures only 17.5 cm closed and carries Opinel’s crowned hand hallmark etching. Ideal for every tackle box.
