These Flexcut Special Edition Carving Knives are hand forged out of edge-holding High Carbon Steel for smoother cutting and highest Performance.
 
Each blade is precision machined and drop-forged using the latest technology. It is heat-treated to make a hard cutting edge which is hand sharpened and stays sharp.

The comfortable curved ergonomic Handle made out of allows for long periods of Carving without Hand Fatigue.
 
Each Carving Knife is constructed with an exquisite Handle made out of South American Bocote Wood. The beauty of the grain is brought out by a durable high-gloss Finish. Each handle has top quality natural leather inlays for more gripping power and extra comfort.
 
The High Carbon Steel Blade holds an edge extremely well and is easily maintained by simple stropping.
 
The Cutting Knife features a straight, 4 cm Blade and is a General Purpose Carving Knife. Its more rounded point is very durable.
