Cleaver Description:

This Wusthof Meat Cleaver features a sturdy broad and rectangular 19 cm Blade manufactured out of X50 Cr Mo 15 High Carbon Stainless Steel and is great for cutting large pieces of meat and spare ribs.

The most important elements about a cleaver are the weight and balance. A thick, heavy blade is desirable to help cut and split bones.

Wusthof Classic Knives and Cleavers are precision forged from a single piece of exclusive-formula from one piece of specially tempered High Carbon Steel to ensure outstanding strength, balance and heft.

The Cleaver’s Handles are made of Synthetic black Polypropylene Material for a seamless and hygienic fit. They are triple-riveted and virtually indestructible.

Not only comfortable to hold, but the skillfully honed by hand tines are also incredibly sharp, and are easily resharpened.
