The MASERIN Folding Mushroom Knife from Maserin’s Coglifunghi Series features a solid wood handle, brush and blade. 

The Maserin Mushroom Knife feature the same quality and sturdy design as their other knives. For harvesting your valuable crop there is no better. 

It comes with an 800 Stainless Steel Blade. With its Wood handle the Mushroom Harvesting Knife is an effective cutting tool, scraper, spore cleaning brush, ruler and tweezers (not shown in picture). There is also a carabiner for easy carry and access. 

All Maserin Knives are made in Italy’s Cutlery City Maniago.
