Knife Description:

Victorinox’s 8” Black Fibrox® Flank and Shoulder Knife (40534) features a laser tested edge with world renowned sharpness to ensure that even the toughest de-boning jobs will be handled easily.

The Victorinox Flank & Shoulder Knife comes with a 20 cm High-Carbon Stainless Steel Blade provides maximum Sharpness and Edge Retention. The Blade is conical ground lengthwise and crosswise for minimal Resistance while Cutting and Laser Tested to ensure optimum Cutting Power

An excellent alternative to the Butcher knife, Victorinox’s 8” Black Fibrox® Flank and Shoulder Knife is typically used to slice thin cuts of meat such as poultry, ham and roasts. It has a much thinner blade (especially at the spine). This allows it to carve thinner, precise slices.

The patented black Fibrox® handle is textured Polyamide and slip-resistant when wet. The edge is conically ground length and crosswise to create a wider break point, which reduces the risk of blade fracturing and decreases resistance when cutting and boning.

All black Fibrox® knives are manufactured in Switzerland by Victorinox, the makers of the original Swiss Army Knife and come with a Lifetime Warranty.
