The byrd Meadowlark Rescue Folder has a Sheepfoot blade manufactured out of 8Cr13MoV Stainless Steel that has a rounded tip to easily slide under things without stabbing or cutting them.

Ergonomic comfort is equally important as cutting ability in a Rescue Knife so the fiberglass reinforced nylon handles are Bi-Directionally Textured' and have jimping above the Comet Shaped Hole' and along the finger choil.

Both models have a four-way clip that carries: right/lefthand, tip-up/tip-down.

Comes in plain edge or combination edge.
