The Victorinox Fibrox Cleaver comes with a 18 cm High-Carbon Stainless Steel Blade provides maximum Sharpness and Edge Retention. The Blade is conical ground lengthwise and crosswise for minimal Resistance while Cutting and Laser Tested to ensure optimum Cutting Power

The patented black Fibrox® handle is textured and slip-resistant when wet. The edge is conically ground length and crosswise to create a wider break point, which reduces the risk of blade fracturing and decreases resistance when cutting.
