This Wusthof Meat Cleaver is made for the professional or hobby enthusiast and features a sturdy broad and rectangular blade great for cutting large pieces of meat and spare ribs.

The most important elements about a cleaver are the weight and balance. A heavy blade is desirable to help cut and split bones.

Wusthof Classic knives and cleavers are precision forged from a single piece of exclusive-formula from one piece of specially tempered High Carbon Steel to ensure outstanding strength, balance and heft.

The Cleaver’s black handles are made of synthetic material for a seamless and hygienic fit. They are triple-riveted and virtually indestructible.

Not only comfortable to hold, but the skillfully honed by hand tines are also incredibly sharp, and are easily resharpened.
